AN APPEAL has been launched to find the owner of six puppies found abandoned in County Carlow. The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) have taken in the six pups, believed to be lurcher/collie crosses, after they were found abandoned in a cardboard box in a field.
